Hycon Cut-off Saw HCS14, HCS16, HCS18
With the largest model (HCS18) taking a blade up to 450mmØ, this hydraulic cut-off saw is a very robust and sturdy tool, ideal for using day-in, day-out to cut the most demanding material - concrete, steel, masonry and asphalt.
The blade is oil driven rather than belt driven, giving several advantages such as safer use due to reduced risk of kickback from blade jams, as well as significatly lower hand / arm vibration levels.
With all parts running in oil, it is completely unaffected by water and dust ingress, thus reducing downtime and costly repairs. It is fitted with the ASCO (automatic safety cut-off), system, which operates automatically to prevent blade-jam.
It is the only saw in the UK market known to take blade sizes up to 450mmØ (18") giving a massive 187mm depth of cut.
-
450mm capacity gives 187mm cutting depth
