Aero® Wall and Floor Saw Blades
Diaquip have taken positioned diamond a step further, with the AERO® Matrix Blade. The Matrix blades are positioned in a honeycomb effect, ensuring that the cutting edge of the segment has constant high diamond content.
This has proven extremely successful in direct site trials against conventional positioned diamond.
Blade Manufacturing
Diaquip manufacture Wall Saw Blades in-house, giving us the ability to offer unique services. One of these is Re-Tipping, which becomes particularly valuable on bigger dimensions. We can re-tip any wall saw blade, including laser welded, providing there are no cracks in the blank and the steel is in good condition.
